I have been attempting to contact your store for so long but your company did not put a business card in the box or on it or even on Amazon. I left many reviews hoping that your company would reach out to me but you all did not. The user manual it came with says that there is a "One year warranty service and 100% satisfaction guaranteed". I have not had this product for one year, so I am asking for a replacement. If you want, I can send back the broken product. Please let me know! Thank you!

Content: Hi there. I got the solar light paws on Amazon from your company almost a week ago. I read on the Amazon listing to contact you, but there isn't a way to reach out on Amazon. I tried. I went to your company page from the listing, but there's no contact feature. So I Googled the company name. My lights aren't working. They worked for two days then stopped. We got some light rain and one of the lights even has some moisture inside of it. Idk if the rain made them all stop??? Or they just stopped on their own. I was out of town at a hotel for the weekend, so I'm just now able to sit down and send this email. Is there anything you could do for me? Thank you. Subject: Swing seat fabric broke upon first day use
Content: Purchased the pink kids patio swing from Amazon and it came yesterday. There were four bolts missing but we were able to find some at Lowe’s to fit. The kids were so excited to swing in it today. Five minutes in, the seatbelt broke off and in less than an hour, the seams popped at the top of the fabric seat. I’d return it, but the box has already been picked up by the recycling company. Can a new seat be sent?
